Henry Reeve and Co.
A Third Party Organisation which handles Payroll data and Fairlawn Residential Home bookkeeping and tax returns, and they act in the capacity of processor on our behalf. The only information we provide them with is your name and address to meet business and legal requirements.

How Long We Keep Your Data
The Company only ever retains personal information for as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. However, all details corresponding to health records and service user care data will be held for 7 years according to our own company policy and archiving procedures.
Where you have consented to us using your details for direct marketing, we will keep such data until you notify us otherwise and/or withdraw your consent.

Owing to the products, services or treatments that we offer, Fairlawn Residential Home sometimes needs to process sensitive personal information (known as special category data) about you, to provide an effective service relating to the health and welfare of those in requirement of healthcare.
